CMK (Chicken Matar Keema)
My variation of Keema for a quick and healthy meal is here for you to try.
- Soak Keema (500 gms for 2 people) in water for 30 minutes.
- Chop 2 Onion and 2 Tomato
- Heat 1 tablespoon Oil in pan
- Add jeera in pan
- Add chopped Onion and occasionally stir until golden brown
- Add chopped tomato
- Add salt as per taste
- Once the onion tomato gravy is done add soaked keema along with water in which keema is soaked.
- Stir occasionally till the keema is fully cooked (approx.. 20-15 mins)
- Add boiled handful matar.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot with roti or else can be enjoyed as a snack also.
