CMK (Chicken Matar Keema)

My variation of Keema for a quick and healthy meal is here for you to try.

  1. Soak Keema (500 gms for 2 people) in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Chop 2 Onion and 2 Tomato
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon Oil in pan
  4. Add jeera in pan
  5. Add chopped Onion and occasionally stir until golden brown
  6. Add chopped tomato
  7. Add salt as per taste
  8. Once the onion tomato gravy is done add soaked keema along with water in which keema is soaked.
  9. Stir occasionally till the keema is fully cooked (approx.. 20-15 mins)
  10. Add boiled handful matar.
  11. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  12. Serve hot with roti or else can be enjoyed as a snack also.
