Today I was in an experimental mood with food.

Made this amazing confluence of taste and guilt-free diet. It is undoubtedly effortless to make, energising and high in protein snack.

  1. Take 500 gms of curd per serving
  2. Take a bowl and put a medium sieve on it
  3. Put a fine cotton cloth on the sieve
  4. Pour the entire curd on the cloth and tie the mouth of the cloth
  5. Keep the curd-like that for 2 hrs
  6. Cut 4 strawberries into fine pieces
  7. Take out curd out of cloth in a mixing bowl
  8. Add cut strawberries and add 1 tablespoon of honey and then mix well
  9. Add 2 tablespoon of Museli

Eat now or carry it to your workplace or gym
