Today I was in an experimental mood with food.
Made this amazing confluence of taste and guilt-free diet. It is undoubtedly effortless to make, energising and high in protein snack.
- Take 500 gms of curd per serving
- Take a bowl and put a medium sieve on it
- Put a fine cotton cloth on the sieve
- Pour the entire curd on the cloth and tie the mouth of the cloth
- Keep the curd-like that for 2 hrs
- Cut 4 strawberries into fine pieces
- Take out curd out of cloth in a mixing bowl
- Add cut strawberries and add 1 tablespoon of honey and then mix well
- Add 2 tablespoon of Museli
Eat now or carry it to your workplace or gym
