I wanted something easy to eat a guilt-free snack.

Discovered this simply amazing and filling snack which one can carry and eat with ease.

  1. Soak 200 gms of moong dal sabut and 200 gms of kale chane in water for 18-20 hrs
  2. Also, soak 5 almonds and 10 raisins for 12 hrs
  3. Add Moong dal sabut, kale chane, almonds and raisins
  4. Mix well
  5. Keep it in a bowl near your workplace
  6. Keep snacking from the mix in small quantities between breakfast and lunch

This will keep you energetic and help in avoiding other snacks for between-the-meal hunger pangs.
