The idea behind writing this blog “moreintolife.com” is to connect with people and share my thoughts and experiences on my endless journey of ‘Transformation’.

This blog has 6 sections including the one you are reading right now.

These Blog sections are as follows:

  1. “ Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara”: about self-transformation
  2. “Dil Chahta Hai”: about transforming the world
  3. “Dil se”: my poems which I started writing during the winters of 2009
  4. “Khata Rahe Mera Dil”: my recipes for healthy lifestyle
  5. “Kabhi Kabhi”: selected movies which I have liked and found inspiring in one way or another
  6. “Aks”: about unsung heroes who have done some positive transformation for self or/and for the world

Let me give you more insights.

I am a born sports lover, and I have played a variety of sports at different levels. Sports and fitness go hand in hand, but with regular corporate job and lifestyle, all the fitness disappeared by the time I was barely 30. What remained was a disfigured and misfit me. Then one day the journey of transformation started, and I completely changed the way I used to look. The entire self-transformation in my physical appearance took about 12 months; I lost 32 Kgs and 10 inches. What I gained was new ‘me’, supercharged and enthusiastic. Entire transformation was holistically done by increasing physical activity and managing the balanced intake of food. This happened in 2009-10. In past seven years, people often ask me that ‘what inspired me’. So, I thought of sharing it on my blog. It was not one incidence but many pre and post-transformation incidences, which inspired me to start the transformation and continue it. I am covering that in my blog section “ Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara”.

I firmly believe we all can make this world a better place. We all can do small things which are in our hands and does not require almost any time or money to transform the world into a better and happy place. In my “Dil Chahta Hai” section of the blog, I am covering these small things that I have started doing myself and urge others to do the same.

During my initial days of transformation journey, I got a new hobby of writing poems. I shared my poems with my closed group initially, and then few friends encouraged me to send it to newspaper publications. I sent them, and they liked it and published it as well. When I saw my poems in newspapers, and then some readers also called me to appreciate my work I was motivated and kept on writing. This hobby helped me to express myself in a very emotional and sometimes subtle way. I am sharing my poems in the blog section “Dil Se”.

As part of my transformation journey, I discovered and still discovering few yummy and are healthy recipes. Read my blog section “Khata Rahe Mera Dil….” for these simple to cook recipes.

My fifth blog section is about inspiring movies. I am not critically reviewing movies but just sharing the ones, which I liked. I am sharing these movies from purely entertainment perspective. These movies are a mix of thrillers, romance and action. Watch their quick view and casting in the blog section “Kabhi Kabhi”.

My last blog section “Aks” is about people who have done some transformational change in self or the world. These are unsung heroes and doesn’t have celebrity-like status, but they are indeed celebrities in their way. A lot of inspiration can be drawn from such people and their transformational acts.
