  1. Take 500 gms of curd per serving
  2. Take a bowl and put a medium sieve on it
  3. Put a fine cotton cloth on the sieve
  4. Pour the entire curd on the cloth and tie the mouth of the cloth
  5. Keep the curd-like that for 2 hrs
  6. Grate 50 gms of paneer, cut 4 strawberries, cut 1 kiwi
  7. Take out curd out of cloth in a mixing bowl
  8. Add grated paneer, cut strawberries and kiwi
  9. Add 1 tablespoon of honey

Mix well and eat now or carry it to your workplace or gym.
