- Take 500 gms of curd per serving
- Take a bowl and put a medium sieve on it
- Put a fine cotton cloth on the sieve
- Pour the entire curd on the cloth and tie the mouth of the cloth
- Keep the curd-like that for 2 hrs
- Grate 50 gms of paneer, cut 4 strawberries, cut 1 kiwi
- Take out curd out of cloth in a mixing bowl
- Add grated paneer, cut strawberries and kiwi
- Add 1 tablespoon of honey
Mix well and eat now or carry it to your workplace or gym.
