I wanted something easy to eat a guilt-free snack.
Discovered this simply amazing and filling snack which one can carry and eat with ease.
- Soak 200 gms of moong dal sabut and 200 gms of kale chane in water for 18-20 hrs
- Also, soak 5 almonds and 10 raisins for 12 hrs
- Add Moong dal sabut, kale chane, almonds and raisins
- Mix well
- Keep it in a bowl near your workplace
- Keep snacking from the mix in small quantities between breakfast and lunch
This will keep you energetic and help in avoiding other snacks for between-the-meal hunger pangs.
