Horn-Sense is something which needs to be taught in schools or colleges perhaps.
Right from the teenagers when we start using motorized vehicles to the End of Life as a driver we use horn more as a musical instrument or frustration-buster equipment rather than a polite communication device between two vehicles.
My personal observation says 99% of horn blowing is unnecessary and hence avoidable.
Most of the people feel its mandatory to honk once the red light turns green on a traffic signal as if the person in front will stay there forever.
So a communication device which is supposed to be used very discreetly is meeting the fate of the “Sher -Aya” syndrome. People have stopped caring about it and when you really need to convey something serious or urgent through blowing a horn…No one cares.
Let’s transform it by changing the habit of using the horns only when necessary and make the roads peaceful and more enjoyable.
