It’s a crime of sorts to speak loudly in places where people have come for conversation and it’s definitely a crime to even speak in whatever volume in some situations. For example you are sharing a ride in XYZ taxi app service or sharing an elevator and your unknown companion is speaking loudly and just spoiling the entire experience. People don’t understand that no one is interested in their private matters and also that the space is shared so at least wait for the ride to over or elevator to stop. Some urgency is still understandable but absolutely general chit chat is complete senselessness.
